2. User Accounts & Security
Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Ordering & Subscriptions
All orders placed are subject to vendor availability and delivery area feasibility. Tiffin subscription plans grant meal credits for specified durations. Pausing or modifying delivery dates must be performed prior to the cut-off time.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed include applicable taxes and delivery fees. Payments are processed securely via authorized gateways or in-app wallet balances. Hungrily Foods reserves the right to revise prices with prior notification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hungrily Foods acts as an intermediary facilitating food orders between customers, kitchen vendors, and delivery partners. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
