Order & Subscription Cancellations
Clear rules for pausing or cancelling your orders.
1. Immediate Order Cancellation
You can cancel an instant order free of charge within 2 minutes of placing it or before the vendor accepts the order.
2. Subscription Plan Pauses
Tiffin subscribers can pause or skip upcoming meal deliveries directly from the app up to 3 hours prior to the meal delivery slot (9:00 AM for Lunch, 4:30 PM for Dinner). Skipped meals are credited back to your subscription validity.
