How we ensure your meal reaches you hot and fresh.
1. Delivery Time Slots
For daily tiffin subscriptions, meals are delivered within predefined windows:
- Lunch Slot: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner Slot: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
2. OTP Verification
Every delivery requires a 4-digit OTP shared between the customer app and the delivery partner to ensure secure handoff and prevent misplacement.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from the kitchen vendor to your specified address. Subscription plans may include complimentary delivery within serviceable sub-areas.
