1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or downloading the Hungrily Foods mobile application, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Meal Orders & Subscriptions

Daily meal orders must be placed before cut-off times specified in the mobile application.
Weekly and monthly Thali subscriptions can be paused or resumed via the Hungrily mobile app with 24 hours advance notice.
All meals are cooked fresh daily using FSSAI-certified kitchen standards.

3. Delivery & Meals on Wheels

Deliveries are executed by our Meals on Wheels delivery team. While we strive for exact delivery windows, unforeseen traffic or weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
